Candor Central School handpicked Smith Site Development LLC as their preferred contractor to replace their aging track with a new rubberized track, long jump and pole vault pits. Also improve field and track drainage and install underground irrigation for their grass multi-purpose athletic field. Included upgrades to perimeter walking trail.
