Main Entrance Stair Replacement

• Removal of existing front blue stone stairs and cheek walls.

• Working with the district to save money, existing concrete foundations were repurposed and received new trench drain and a refinish of existing grating.

• New brick cheek walls with precast caps.

• New granite stair treads with lighted handrails.

Security Upgrades

• Added fencing around perimeter of bus garage parking lot

• Installation of automatic sliding gate operator

We were invited to construct the Broome-Tioga BOCES  Trade Complex building starting from bare ground to completion. Our scope of the work included site grading, underground utilities and storm water drains and retention systems as well as the foundation for this pre- engineered steel building, then to complete 100% finished interior classroom space. Our trade partners completed the interior of the building for utilization year-round.  This cutting edge facility is dedicated to training the next generation of skilled professionals in heavy equipment and repair. We are proud to note the project was completed on time for the 2025 -2026 school year and within budget.
