Smith Site Development was selected for Civil Site portion of the Dick’s Sporting Goods Distribution Center project. Transforming a 124 acre, wetland sensitive, parcel into a 2,100,000-square-foot world class Distribution Center.

  • Install Building Pad & Paving Subbase Material

  • Install Retaining Walls

    • 2,000 LF - 25’ to 30’ height

    • 2,300 LF - 10’ height

    • 1,400 LF - 10' height

  • Install Dolly Pads & Loading Dock Concrete Aprons

  • Install Concrete Curbs & Sidewalk

  • Asphalt Parking Lots  &  ADA Striping

    • 25 acres Tractor-Trailer

    • 6 acres Employee

    • 4,000 LF Driving Lane

  • Finish Grading

    • Place Topsoil & Seed/Mulch

  • Landscaping & Fencing
