Utica Postal Facility Parking Lot Transformation.  Over 2.4 acres of both Open and Canopy parking lots converted into thirty seven (37)  Double Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations, with reinforced Bollards.  Full Box Out with Storm Water Drains, Underground Electric, Heavy Duty Concrete Transformer Pad with Bollards, New Concrete Sidewalks, plus Mill and Pave Customer Parking.
