Our Story

Wally and his brother Dave worked primarily in residential site work, utilities, and concrete foundations throughout the 70s and 80s. In 1988, Wally and Dave incorporated and started W&D Smith and Sons, and in the early 90s, supplemented their residential work with diverse commercial projects. W&D Smith and Sons experienced steady growth and were awarded their first bonded job in 1999. In January 2005, Smith Site Development, LLC was formed.

Today, the company’s ability to address changing conditions and demands, find and serve diverse markets, and expand its services has resulted in growth beyond its original dreams.
