We strive to be proactive in safety. All of our employees are OSHA 10 certified and we have created and implement a Present Moment Thinking program. All site superintendents and Project Managers are OSHA 30 certified as well as first aid/CPR/AED certified. All employees are trained annually on all the above programs to ensure they stay current with todays’ ever changing safety environment. All new hires are trained in these programs before they begin work in order for them to understand where our company stands on safety and that “Nothing We Do Is Worth Getting Hurt”. All new hires are also given a comprehensive classroom course in Heavy Equipment Safety. This meets all OSHA requirements in addition to any client- specific safety training that may be required.

Our HSE Coordinator Kevin Bishop, is a certified SafeLand Basic Orientation Instructor so that we can train and certify our employees as SafeLand trained when required by our clients. The Safety Coordinator has experience in accident / incident investigation and documentation utilizing the Multi- Cause Analysis (MCA) system.

The HSE Coordinator visits each site 2- 3 times per week. Meetings are held with our site superintendent, the client’s representative, and employees to ensure everyone is equipped with the necessary Safety Information, PPE, and tools. We encourage people to ask questions, so that everyone has the proper information for the project to continue safely.
