Excavation Project
In February of 2006 Smith Site Development began the total site package for the Lowes in Norwich, NY. Included in this package was the removal of over 300,000 yards of material, underground utilities, curbing, landscaping, and paving of parking lots and roadways. The project was completed in October of ’06.
